Gardens of Jim and Linda Healey
15 Wood St., Albany, NY 12203 Phone: 518-438-1819
Jim and Linda’s
property has the advantage and disadvantage of bordering on a lovely running
brook. The advantage is the scenic beauty and delightful sound of running
water. The disadvantage is the 20 foot drop! The gardens are informal and
feature three terraced levels. There is a nice garden swing and a small fish
pond as well as several stand-alone fountains. The focus is a mixed perennial
garden with emphasis on numerous daylilies. At this time we have about 450
named varieties, as well as a large selection of hosta. Our gardens are always
under construction as we add new things and move around old ones, but this
“living garden” is what makes us happy. Please stop by for a cold drink!
