Region 4 Service Award - [Club Level]

(Recognizes Individuals Who Provide Outstanding Service to the Daylily Community)

Attention all club presidents!
Think about all the great volunteers that have served your club over the last few years and certainly, one person stands out. Please nominate that person (or individual and their partner) for the Region 4 Service Award.

 [This award is not to be confused with the AHS Region 4 Service Award which is given annually by the AHS Board of Directors for 'outstanding service at the regional level.']

Official description of award: The Region 4 Service Award is awarded for service to one's local daylily community. Service should require a variety of activities and should reflect service over a period of time, not just for one or two years.
Club Presidents may nominate an individual (or individual and his/her partner) that he/she deems worthy. The final decision is made by a committee composed of the Director, RP, RPD, and immediate past RP. This year the committee members are Mary Collier Fisher, Melodye Campbell, Maureen Strong and Gary Jones.
Committee members are not eligible nor are previous recipients. A one page letter of nomination should be e-mailed or mailed to the RP by December 1 and the award will be presented at the following Region 4 summer meeting.
